I was tensed as Amara picked Jeffrey's call, I didn't know what to think. Hope this call is for good. Oya answer his call I told Amara as she picked the call.

Hello Mr Jeffrey long time no talk, how are you? and how is Ghana?

I'm good and Ghana is good also, Amara is Oma close to you?


Yes she is, Amara said as she turned towards my direction
Please give her the phone I tried calling hers but her phone  switched off.

Amara handed the phone to me, I was silent, I could hear my
heartbeats and feel the  blood flowing through my veins. What is he going to say it's over or he's sorry? That was my thought before his deep voice disrupted me.

Hello oma!! Oma!!!
Yes dear I answered with a tiny voice

Haba!! Where was your mind? I've been saying hello for the past 2 minutes

Sorry dear, hope you good?

yes I'm, babe I called you so we could sort out things between us, I want you to know that whatever thing I'm going to say is for our good.

Hmmm!!! I made that sound as fear gripped me, I try calming myself  down as I paced from one corner of the room to
another. Go on i'm listening I said to him

I quickly cut him, did she tell you I sent a friend request to her? How did she know me?

Yes she did, I showed her your picture in one or two occasion and told her about you he responded in a low tone. Oma that girl Stella is my girlfriend.

Gbam!!! That word girlfriend really hit me hard, I asked him to repeat what he just told me and he did. Tears immediately ran down my cheek, I didn't know what to say, I was expecting this but not at this time.

Oma I'm so sorry our relationship ended this way, I know
we've been through alot together, I can't cope with the distance, age, and I'm scared because when you ready to get married I won't be ready.

Jeffrey those are no excuse, you just decided to hurt me, Jeffrey you are heartless I said in tears and ended the call.

Amara comforted me but that wasn't enough, I cried all through the night. Every memory we shared together brought more tears to my eyes, I kept thinking of everything through out the week despite my exams was around the corner. I tried my possible best to read for my final exams, Jeffrey is wicked to have done this this period.

Definitely I moved on after the heart breaking news from Jeffrey, it's 3 months now and I'm finally a graduate, the convocation went fine and I'm back to Lagos. The tension of marriage from my mum increased, she says I should go get married since I'm now a graduate. My mum really needs to chill and pray I find love again with the right man.

 He! Hen! Talking about love, I think I found love in Melvin, we have spent time together since I came to Lagos, every moment spent with him makes me forget Jeffrey the more. Melvin hasn't asked me out though but I know that's coming soon with every steps in makes towards me. I really need someone to replace Jeffrey in my life.  My phone is ringing and it's my man crush Melvin calling

Hello beautiful, how are you doing today?
I'm doing great dear, so what's up with you?
Oma I've been thinking about you, please are you free? can we meet today?

Hmm!!! Why should you be thinking about me? I asked reluctantly. Anyway yes I'm free, so we can meet.

Ok dear till we meet, Bye (Call ends) I hope today turns out right, I can't wait for Melvin to ask me to be his girlfriend. I want think twice before saying yes, he is handsome, tall, rich and we are good together. He talks about getting married soon, I would love to be married to him and have a wonderful love story like those I read on Bellanaija. But what do you think? I'm I too fast, I'm entering into another heart breaking relationship? Or is this going to end like fairytales "happy ever after" To be continued....
