  • Be proud of yourself : learn to appreciate yourself for any small achievement you made each day. Love yourself and be proud of everything that you do and your mistakes because even mistakes mean you are trying.




  • Switch things up: doing same old things is equal to boring. Motivate yourself by trying something new. Never be afraid to try something new because life gets boring when you stay within the limits of what you already know.




  • List your Whys: don't lose focus or sight of why you started.
