Cat Caught Stealing Men's underwear and socks

A week ago I wrote an article on Kleptomania , just discovered animals can also be Kleptomaniac. In New Zealand a six years old Tonkinese cat named Brigit has been stealing men's underwear and socks.

The Kleptomaniac cat has brought back 11 pairs of Boxers and more than 50 socks in two months. The cat's owner, Sarah Nathan has been worried after a failed attempts in reaching out to neighbours by Placina notes in mailbox, she decided to reach out to the owners through Reddit and Facebook.

Nathan told BBC that the trouble began when she started discovering odd pieces of underwear among her washing. She also said in previous home, the cat wasn’t particular with what she stole, but now she’s developed a specific taste (men underwear and matching socks). Which when she steals, one socks will be at the front door and one will be at the back door.

 Nathan said: “They didn’t belong to anyone in the house and one day Brigit walked into our lounge carrying a sock like a kitten.” She added that Brigit’s victims were probably a nearby flat ‘full of blokes’.

So the cat steals things which are of no benefit to it. What would you do if your animal pet is Kleptomaniac?
