Nigerian blogger Uche Pedro of Bella Naija won the"Best Blogger " award in the Africa Category of Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award. The event which held on the 12th of March 2016 had Uche beat other nominees in the category to take home the coveted KCA ' Blimp' trophy. The other nominees in the category are
- Sylvia Kamau of "Style by Sylvia" (Kenya)
- Aisha Baker of "Baked the Blog" (South Africa)
- Theodora Lee of "Theodora Lee" (South Africa)
