Meet The Lady with beards

 

Here is 24-year-old Harnaam Kaur the lady with beards! Harnaam Kaur started growing a beard when she was 11 because she suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition in which an imbalance in hormones causes excess hair growth (affecting approximately one in 10 pre-menopausal women around the world). She grew up in the Uk.

 While growing up she was often teased from nursery school right through to high school for having facial hair (beards). She was bullied as a child because of her facial hair and at one point attempted to take her life.

 She has since embraced her body hair sporting a full beard and letting nature take its course and
decided enough was enough and embraced herself, imperfection and all. Most people find her confidence inspiring while others want it shaved.
She recently did a wedding photo shoot with British photographer Louisa Coulthurst who said she was impressed by Harnaam’s attitude and beauty. more photos below:
